The Art of Taking Action Without Taking Action

As those who have read my writings can attest, I am a firm believer in taking action. That means acting early and decisively. But, are there situations where taking no action at all is appropriate? Some things or situations do not require a response. In fact, some situations are best handled by not responding at all.
