Do We Allow Other to Control Us?
You may think that you would never allow another person or event to control your life, yet I would argue that most of us allow this to happen frequently and most of the time we are not even aware of it. I challenge you to pay close attention to those that you interact with frequently and notice when you feel irritated, hurt, or angry around them.
