Are You Nervous When Speaking? How to Fight Stage Fright
Stage fight sometimes called performance anxiety can strike anyone from a new speaker to even an experienced performer. Stage fright is a reaction from the sympathetic nervous system where too much adrenaline is flooded into the blood stream causing sweating, tightness in the throat, blushing, trembling, nausea, shaky voice in fact everything you don't want when performing on stage. There are various techniques used traditionally to try to combat stage fright along with a few good new techniques that's well worth a try.
